Quantity and product type are the two fields that decide how fast this moves. Everything else helps us get the price right the first time rather than after three emails.

Inside a warehouse, IBC totes stacked two and three high on pallets with shrink-wrapped units behind
Indoor staging. Empties stack four high with the cages interlocked; filled units never go above two.
Short answer

A quote from us is a real number against real stock. We do not publish a catalogue price and then discover the pallet is gone. Every figure is tied to units physically on the yard at 10275 Page Industrial Blvd, with photographs of the actual cages and data plates attached.

What makes a quote fast

Four details move a quote from “we will look into it” to a priced, dated, delivered number in one reply:

  • What goes in it. Not the tote spec — the product. This decides the grade, and the grade decides the price band. See the grade standard if you are unsure.
  • Quantity and cadence. Twelve units once is a different quote from twelve units a month. Standing orders get yard-held stock and better freight.
  • Delivery postal code. Freight is often 20–40% of a used tote's delivered cost, so a ZIP changes the answer more than the grade does.
  • Unloading capability. Forklift, dock, pallet jack or nothing at all. A liftgate and a pallet jack on a residential delivery can add $120 per stop, and we would rather tell you now.

If you are selling instead

Use the same form and pick a selling service. The details that matter flip around: we need prior contents, whether the data plates are intact, approximate counts, whether the units are on pallets, and whether a forklift is available at your site. A photograph of one data plate and one wide shot of the stack is usually enough to price a whole lot.

Twenty or more units within about 400 miles of St. Louis and we normally cover the freight. Read the buyback terms before you write.

What you get back

A written quote with grade, quantity, unit price, freight line, lead time and the photographs. Prices hold for fourteen days or until the specific pallets sell, whichever comes first — and we tell you which. There is no sales call, because we do not have a phone.
