This is the same form you will find on every page of the site, and it reaches the same desk. Buying, selling, washing, hauling or scrapping — send it here and a grader answers in writing.

No phone line
IBC Tote Market LLC has no telephone number. It is a deliberate operating choice, not an oversight: written quotes carry grade, prior contents, test results and freight terms, and they do not drift. If you need a decision in minutes, put URGENT in the subject line and it jumps the queue.
Contact questions
Why is there no phone number anywhere on this site?
Because grades, prior contents, UN ratings and freight terms are details that go wrong when they are spoken and remembered. Everything we quote goes in writing, with photographs, so both sides have the same record six months later when a tote is being inspected. It is slower for the first thirty seconds and much faster for everything after that.
Can I come and look at the totes before I buy?
Yes. Will-call inspection is welcome during yard hours and all day Saturday morning by appointment. Email ahead with the grade and quantity you are considering and we will have the pallets staged and the paperwork ready when you arrive. Closed-toe boots and long trousers, please — it is an active forklift yard.
How quickly do you answer?
Same business day for anything submitted before 3:00 PM Central, Monday through Thursday. Friday afternoon submissions are answered Monday morning. Freight emergencies sent to the main mailbox over a weekend are monitored, though we cannot dispatch a truck until Monday.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We sell domestically and into Canada and northern Mexico by arrangement. Export paperwork for reconditioned packaging is specific and slow, so expect a longer lead time and ask early — the prior-contents documentation that customs wants is easier to assemble before a tote is washed than after.
Prefer the long form?
The quote desk page has extra space for bills of lading, prior-contents records and multi-line orders.
